“The most erroneous assumption is to the effect that the aim of public education is to fill the young of the species with knowledge and awaken their intelligence, and so make them fit to discharge the duties of citizenship in an enlightened and independent manner. Nothing could be further from the truth. The aim of public education is not to spread enlightenment at all; it is simply to reduce as many individuals as possible to the same safe level, to breed and train a standardized citizenry, to put down dissent and originality. That is its aim in the United States, whatever the pretensions of politicians, pedagogues and other such mountebanks, and that is its aim everywhere else.”
When searching for reliable information on education, there will be found this investigator and author: Charlotte Iserbyt. Here is her book.

An online book you don’t want to miss:
They can be purchased most anywhere. I got several copies from Amazon. This book cannot be beat if the desire is to know what is really going on behind the backs of parents and most teachers. Unless you’re a change agent you probably don’t know either. One would think that Christian churches would have had just a little discernment that would have kept such deception away from their own children but as it turns out, they fell for the lie just like like it was planned for them to.1

“…the concept of guarding children from their parents is one of the major themes drummed by the educational establishment. Take, for example, the words of Kathy Collins, former legal counsel to the Iowa Department of Education:
“Children…are not “owned” by their parents….the Christian fundamentalists who want the freedom to indoctrinate their children with religious education do not understand [that] the law that prevents them from legally teaching their kids prevents someone else from abusing theirs.”
To demonstrate that this isn’t a new or recent opinion, consider Chester M. Pierce’s keynote address to the 1972 Association for Childhood Education International:
“Every child in America entering school at the age of five is insane because he comes to school with certain allegiances toward our founding fathers, toward his parents, toward a belief in a supernatural being… It’s up to you, teachers, to make all of these sick children well by creating the international children of the future.”
To speak with knowledge and understanding of the end times as prophetically spoken of in the Bible, one cannot exclude one of the major steps, government controlled education, leading toward the receiving of the mark. The Church’s (so-called) selfish choice of disregarding documented facts, such as the small amount referred to on this page, reveals one of the reasons why many Christians, along with the rest of the world, will choose to partake of the beast system3.
- For more detail read Chapter Seven, “Silencing The Opposition”. You will understand why your church chooses to remain silent and will intimidate you to silence as well if you get a bit serious with finding out what the real agenda is for your children. What can I say? Read the cotton-pickin’ book!! By the way, if your pastor seems to be a little ignorant about what you learn, give him a copy of Brave New Schools. If he then doesn’t share your concern, you may be finding somewhere else to go to church.
